Application

For weekend retreats please download an application form.

Mail applications with deposit (checks payable to Dayspring Retreat Center) to Dayspring Retreat Center. Please register as early as possible. We accept written applications, with deposits, in the order they are received (no phone reservations). The fee for weekend retreats is $200, which includes the $100 deposit.

For Quiet Days and Ember Days no registration is required.  Call or e-mail to register for Multifaith Days.  For all day retreats there is no cost but donations are welcome.
